Blocked from Renewing

My plan did not renew and won't allow for it to be renewed manually, stating that a bundle is already active therefore not allowed. I've tried emailing and contacting the messager on the side with absolutely no help.

Only 48 support can help you with this. 

You'll probably need to persist with trying to contact them.
