Black Friday Recruit & Reward - got only €10 not €20

I joined by the referral link of my friend, there was the Black Friday offers and we both had to receive 20e voucher but I received only 10e voucher could you help me sort it out

A few people have been reporting issues with Recruit and Reward bonus awards lately. 

You'll probably need to contact 48 support for assistance with this issue. 

They don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
