What exactly do you mean by "pay my bill"?

Who is "milo"?

There's no bill to pay on 48.

You just buy a monthly membership plan as needed.

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments?

If you bought more than one membership plan then you should get the benefit of them. 

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?

Are there any stacked upcoming membership plans listed on your Buy Plan page?
