I have 2 accounts of 48 one from my previous phone and a new one I got less than a yr ago... I top up every month, but I keep getting billed automatically from what I can only assume is my last sim card?? But its not in use??? I am confused and I just want it to stop billing me

Log into the My48 account for the unused SIM and disable membership plan auto-renewal.
