Hi my membership wasn't renewed because the card I put didn't have enough credit but have changed the card can you renew my membership

Just buy a new membership plan manually yourself now with the new card.
Then auto-renewal will take over again next month assuming that the card can make the payment at that time.
48 can't buy membership for you using your card in such circumstances.
