Auto renew appears to have been disabled on my account

My payment details have not changed but for some unknown reason my payment for this month failed today. Account details provided are still active and funds available ?

Did you get any notification (email, SMS etc.) about the failed auto-renewal payment?

When auto-renewal fails you have to buy your next membership plan manually before it will take over again next time.
