It shows on my app that we can buy plan using our in 48 app credit. Now, I do have 13.02 euros of credit within my account but when I am about to buy a plan there is no option being shown to use my account’s credit.
Why is that?? What should I do?

What about if you try the web interface?
I generally avoid the app as I've always found it fiddly and flakey compared to the web interface.
If you still can't see the option to pay for stuff using your cash credit balance using the web interface then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
