Hi,

I received my SIM, activated it and currently waiting for my old number to port.

Once it’s ported I will buy a plan. I just want to confirm that I can still get it for €9.99 for the first 6 months, as I ordered the SIM before 2nd October and I’m buying a plan before 18th October, as per terms and conditions

Are you sure that you qualify for the €3 discount off the €12.99 plan for 6 months offer?

If you do then if you go through the purchase process to the checkout does it then offer the €3 discount on your first plan purchase?

If not then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for assistance with this issue.
