€7.99 plan suddenly no longer available to purchase

I have been paying 7,99, for some reason something happened, and now it's showing to buy a new plan for 12,99 ,how can I fix it ?

Do you mean that the option to buy the €7.99 plan is no longer available to you? 

What do you mean by "something happened"? What happened? 

For what it's worth my son has always been on the €7.99 plan and I just checked his account and the €7.99 option is still there. 

You might want to contact 48 support to ask them about this.
