48 forcing me off €7.99 and onto €12.99 plan?

i have been years with 48 this morning my membership just ended abruptly and they are now looking for me to sign up to a more expensive contract what's happening ?

How exactly are they asking you to do this? 

Did you get some message from them about this? 

What did it say? 

Have you contacted 48 support to ask them about this? 

Maybe it's simply a mistake if the €12.99 plan option isn't available to purchase at the moment on your My48 account?

same thing here the presumption is that when they ask new membership of 12.99 they will renege on that on day abruptly too and just charge 14.99 or whatever they like. very unprofessional and possible legally unjust as I too had been on a 7.99 for years too
