€19 cash credit on account but how to buy €12.99 plan?

I was trying to renew my plan but ended adding 10e to an existing 9e credit offer. Kindly resolve so that I have access to my monthly 12.99e plan.

If you have €19 cash credit on your account then you can use this to pay for your €12.99 membership plan and you'll still have €6.01 cash credit left over on your account.

When buying the membership plan just select the option to pay for it using your cash credit balance instead of your payment card at checkout.

Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately, I do not see the option to use my 19e credit as payment. Kindly guide further.

When you use this link to buy a membership plan you should get the option to pay for it using the cash credit on your account as long as the cash credit balance equals or exceeds the price to be paid.
