If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you need to explain your issue more clearly.
What exactly are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/goes wrong, any error messages, etc.
What PIN are you referring to and where did you type it in?
What exactly do you mean by "it's connected"?
When was everything working ok last?
What changed since then?
Phone software update, settings changes, factory reset, new phone, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?
Does your phone have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
If you have a connection then what's working/not working?
Calls, texts, mobile data?
