Sign in on Edge on laptop

I can sign in on Edge on laptop but can't sign in on Firefox on same laptop my prefered browser.

Also can't sign into app using same log in info. Most annoying.

Can now log in via firefox and also the app, but the app looks like it's web version.

Either way, working for now.

What happens when you try to log in using Firefox or the app?

Any error messages? 

When were you last able to log into the app - e.g. it seems to have been working here: 

Are you sure that you're using the correct logon email address and password? 

Maybe change your password via Edge just in case that makes any difference? 

Can you log into your account from your phone using Firefox?

In my experience the app isn't really much use over just logging in from a browser.

And the browser access is much more reliable than the app which often doesn't work properly for me.

And you can do almost everything via a browser login that you can do via the app. 

I think that the only thing that can only be done via the app is Flexi Data sharing with contacts.

It lags on firefox and the app just gives a log in error even though i use same log in info.

Firefox still ok.

Double check password doesn't have extra spaces after inputting it.
