I lost my debit card & had to cancel it. My auto renewal didn't work because my card was cancelled. I was always paying €10.99 a month, but when I went to renew my subscription with a different card, the only option I had was to pay €12.99.
Is there any way that I can change my tariff back to my original plan online? I'm trying to contact them on live chat but can't find the option.
