First off, it's not a good idea to post personal details such as your phone number in a public forum like this where anybody can see and use it.
You might want to edit your post to remove it.
What's wrong with your original 48 SIM?
Why can't you just use that?
When did you last purchase a monthly membership plan?
If it was more than 6 months ago then your account will have been disabled and you'll need to contact 48 support to see if they can reenable it.
If it was more than 13 months then your account will have been deleted and your number recycled for use elsewhere.
