Lost sim

Hi there I lost my sim few days ago so I was trying to order new sim and I clicked on lost sim and it blocked my current sim and I don’t know how to unblock that sim and Order new one?

And I also tried to order new membership and it asked me for new email Address so I have a new email Address but then I clicked back and now it’s not accepting my another email address
