Have been without service since last night and nothing I've done has managed to sort it out. I've been trying to connect with the online Customer Care but to no avail...Twitter is also unmanned.
Is there anyone at 48 that I can actually speak to...I literally have had to go to my sisters house to use the internet as EVERYTHING on my phone is disabled.

I have a charge on my bank statement of €14.70 relating to mobile 48 account.
Can you clarify why this charge was raised.

Could you have membership auto renewal enabled?
That's the only way that 48 can take money automatically.
Otherwise you have to purchase cash credit, add-ons or membership manually yourself.
