unable to top up

Just manually tried to top up there as normal for my usual monthy Don membership. It accepted my card as normal (and im sure it already debited) Yet its saying i have no valid membership, and unable to purchase a membership as "you are not allowed to purchase memberships, since you have a Bundle in progress "???   

 

Tried logging out, refreshing the page etc....no joy??

 

Can ye sort this please?

You'll need to contact 48 support about this.

Unfortunately payment problems seems to be an ongoing issue for some users.

The chat facility is normally they best/quickest way to get such issues resolved.
