new connection - phone not working

Hi there

I changed over yesterday to you from Eir.  Eir have confirmed the closure of my account, however, I am unable to dial out or send messages on my phone, can you help please?

Is the correct phone number listed on your My48 account?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

Can you receive calls and texts and use mobile data?

Did you buy a monthly membership plan so that you can make calls and send texts (and use mobile data once the initial free Introductory 1GB of 4G data is used up)?
