Were incoming calls and texts working OK before now?

When did they stop working?

Do all incoming calls/texts fail or only some?

What happens at the caller/sender's end?

Do outgoing calls and texts work OK?

Do you have an active membership plan?

All incoming calls and texts are not working
It start just after the portin finish on the 26 of the month
I have a 48 plan And am an active member
