This thread should explain matters:
You need separate email addresses in order to register and other the SIMs for your son and sister.
Then you proceed as before when you got set up:
Every SIM requires its own email address/login/membership/account .
Unfortunately 48 don't do family/group accounts for managing several SIMs as some other mobile providers do.
