If you need assistance from the Community Forum then you need to explain your issue/question clearly. 

What are you trying to do, what steps do you take, what goes wrong, any error messages, etc.?

If you're asking about eSIMs on 48 then the answer is that 48 still don't provide them and there is no public timeline for them to do so.
