Can I change from 3 to 48 but keep my old 3 phone number? if so, what do I need to do please?

I just registered my new sim. I moved from pre pay Meteor to 48. I registered the sim and selected the keep my old phone number option. I then waited for the sim to activate. I have all the texts saying i'm registered. However when i text or call peo...

So my husband lost de piece of paper he writes down his new email & password now he cannot buy membership ..& has to log in to 'contact us' to get help which he cannot do... Can anyone help it reali frustrating.. He need to have use of his fone asap....
