You mean via the Switcher.ie site? 

You should probably contact them since it's their offer.

The switcher site redirected me to 48, you had to do it that way
Can't see getting in touch with switcher would help
Also no way of contacting 48 because I haven't activated so no 48 number to talk to them

Switcher say that it's their exclusive offer so if there's a problem availing of it then I would expect that you would have to take it up with them.

See the links in my signature for the different ways to contact 48 support. Email is one way. And the last link includes a phone number which is technically for complaints but which pundits6 have used to contact customer support.

Weird - the Switcher page no longer has a "Go to site" link for this "exclusive" 48 €10.99 offer...
