Did incoming calls ever work for you?
Are incoming calls from all numbers failing or just from some?
Are outgoing calls, outgoing/incoming texts and mobile data working?
Do you have an active membership plan listed on your My48 account Dashboard?
What happens at the caller end when somebody tries to call you?
Is the correct number listed on your My48 account profile?
