Trying to port number but it's saying it's not an Irish one

I am a new 48 customer and I want to keep my existing mobile number.When I type in my number I'm told that it's not an irish number and it is

Are you sure that you're entering it in the correct format?
I.e. "08XXXXXXXX"?
If you are and it's still giving the same error message then you'll have to contact 48 support for further assistance with this.
