Hi many times trying to get 48 sim ,but don’t know what happened to the order,many different ways try but all the same,how you work?

You mean that you submit an order successfully but it never gets delivered? 

That doesn't make much sense assuming that you're entering the correct address.

Or that you experience a problem with the ordering process? 

If so what happens?

Another option is to get a SIM from a FunTech store if there's one near you:
