How to use cash credit balance to pay for stuff?

How do I top up I've put 26€ on my balance but it keeps asking for my card and won't let me use the 26€ on my account

You mean that you have €26 cash credit on your account?

If so then any purchase that costs less than or equal to €26 should offer you the option of paying with your cash credit balance or with your payment card.

If you are trying this on the app and not getting that option then maybe try the website instead - or vice versa?
