48 don't use account numbers - they just identify accounts using the phone number and email address.
You'll have to ask Vodafone to clarify what they need in these circumstances.

I don't really understand what you're asking about here but you can only port a number to a 48 account if it's currently with another mobile provider.
If your wife is already with 48 then she can't move her number to another 48 account as far as I know.
But you'll probably have to ask 48 support to clarify on that point.
