Hi, trying to port my number but get an error - Sorry!. This msisdn already exists.
Please advise how this can be fixed

Others have reported this too in the past - you can find similar posts if you search the forum for "msisdn".
I think it may happen in some cases where you were previously with 48, moved to another provider, and then came back to 48?
You'll have to contact 48 support to get them to look into this for you.
