What exactly do you mean? 

If you're already a 48 user then your SIM should be installed in your phone. 

If you're not then you need to order one.

When did you order it? 

SIM orders can take up to 7 working days to be delivered. 

If you ordered it more than 7 working days ago then either just order another one or contact 48 support to see if they can help with the original order.
