Hi I lost my sim earlier I've a new sim here that isn't registered can I use it as a replacement sim please

Should be possible but don't activate it as a new SIM but instead contact 48 support and ask them how you can activate it as a replacement.
Since it's out of support hours now you'll have to wait for them to come back online tomorrow.
