When did you order it? 

SIM orders can take up to 7 working days to be delivered. 

And maybe longer with the Christmas/New Year holidays and public holidays. 

If it's already more than 7 working days then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for assistance. 

Or just order again. 

Or maybe get one from Dealz.

Are you absolutely sure that you entered the correct address/eircode when ordering?
