Hi, I ordered a sim card but it never arrived. I can't seem to order another one

When did you order it? 

It can take up to 7 working days for a SIM order to be delivered. 

And maybe longer with the Christmas holidays and postal volume?

What happens when you try to order another one? 

Any error messages?
