Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
Are outgoing calls and texts working?
Did you buy a membership plan?
What happens at the other end when someone tries to call or text you?
Any error messages at their end?
Did you port a number over from another mobile provider?
Is it correctly displayed on your My48 account profile?
If it's not the number that you ported over then can others call/text you using the number that is displayed?
