Reversing the switch from old provider (temporarily)

Hi, 

I have registered my activation code for new SIM and requested the move from my previous provider but I now need to temporarily postpone the move  due to a 30 day notice issue with that previous provider. The pop-up chat is not appearing for me on any browser. Any ideas how I may best contact the support team or reverse this action and within the time limit?
