On 4th of October, I had some problems trying to activate my plan and, by mistake, I was charged three times. One of the payments is correct, but I was charged twice more than I should have been.
Could you please issue a refund for the two extra payments?

You'll have to contact 48 support directly about such payment issues.
They don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.

Bear in mind that your first €12.99 membership plan purchase also requires the payment of an additional €12.99 one-time activation fee in case that explains two of the three payments?
