Request for SIM reactivation – unable to log in

Hi,

I need some help with reactivating my 48 SIM card. It has been inactive for the past few months, and now I’m unable to log into my account or recharge it.

Has anyone else faced this issue before? What’s the best way to get my SIM reactivated? Any advice from the support team or community members would be greatly appreciated!

I presume you mean that it became deactivated because you didn't buy membership for 6+ months? 

You'll have to contact 48 support about this. 

They don't tend to monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
