Hi I have just signed up to prepY mobile plan I accidently changed my number I had with previous company I would like to keep my old number how do I correct this

What do you mean by "I've changed my number"?
Do you mean that you've currently got a new 089 number with the new 48 SIM and that's what's displaying on your My48 account?
If you want to port a number from another mobile provider to 48 for use with your SIM/account then follow the instructions here;
