I recharged last month and I purchased the membership also but now i am not able to purchase those same plain it appears me to pay 12.99 but as per the membership I need to pay 9.88 euro only now say what can i do

There's no €9.88 plan. 

Did you mean €9.99?

Do you mean that you qualified for the €3 discount on the €12.99 plan (= €9.99) for 6 months last month but you're not being offered the €9.99 plan this month? 

Are you sure that you still qualify for this offer? 

In particular have you kept monthly membership plan auto-renewal enabled and working which is a requirement?
