Hi,

I just joined 48 and gave you my previous account number i had with my previous provided.

Do i need to contact them to cancel it or have you notified them?

What does "Previous Provided" mean?

You'll have to ask your old provider about this in order to be sure that you don't owe them money or continue to get charged by them.
