I am entering my phone number (it is irish), so I could keep it with 48, but it says that it must be an Irish number, it is an Irish number, so what is the problem why the error happens?

Are you sure that you're entering it as 08xxxxxxxx?
If you are and it still gets rejected then you'll have to contact 48 support for further advice.
