Hi, I submitted a request to port my number over 5 hours ago, but my old SIM is still active. Could you check the status of my porting request, Could you confirm if the request has been submitted to Three, or if there is an error holding it up?

You'll need to contact 48 support directly about this yourself. 

They don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.

And nobody else here on the Community Forum can check the status of your porting request.
