Ordering SIM but says it cannot deliver to my address

Good morning,
I completed the form for a SIM from 48 but when it came to the delivery address, it said that it could not deliver to my address and to contact customer care. Please advise?

Was it an address in the Republic of Ireland with a valid eircode?
