A SIM order can take 5-7 business days to arrive so maybe wait a few more days?

How and when will my SIM be delivered?

Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use AnPost for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 5-7 business days.
