Old account number

I'm trying to move my number and I got my old account number from tesco Mobile. It has letters in it but your system will only accept numbers... I've tried only the numbers and it says it's not the correct account number?

I think that someone else had a similar problem recently and found a solution but unfortunately I can't find that thread at the moment. 

You might need to contact 48 support for assistance with this issue.
