Hi, I have activated my sim and now need to choose a plan. Before login a 9.99 offer is shown. When I log in I am only offered the 12.99 plan. ? Can anyone advise how I sign up for the 9.99 offer ? Thanks

If you select the €12.99 plan and proceed to checkout are you offered the €3 discount on the €12.99 plan before paying?

If not then you'll need to contact 48 support for further assistance.

Thank you. Great idea! But, no, contract comes up with full price and only option is to proceed with that contract or cancel. I don’t want to test this theory any further unless it’s confirmed by 48 or I will be stuck! Cheers

You'll need to contact 48 support to ask them about this so. 

They don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.

You need to contact them directly yourself.
