What is the customer care number please . I don't know why ye say you can contact our customer care if ye don't give a number to call

Customer care is normally done via the chat facility. See the link in my signature below.

You can also email support at support@48months.zendesk.com

Agree, no email address, no contact  number. Obviously 48 doesn't want Customers to contact them.

48 Customer care doesn't exist as far as I am concerned.
