Hi,
I ported my number from Vodafone, and I would like to make a payment to activate my monthly plan. To complete a payment, I am supposed to receive a code, which isnt being delivered. What could be the problem? Is my number active?

Receive a code from who/where and for what purposes?
Do you mean a two factor authentication code by text message from your bank in order to authorise the payment?
Or do you mean something else?
Can you receive regular texts and calls on the number listed on your account?
