Did it ever work for you?
If so then when did it stop?
Do you have an active membership plan?
Do calls and texts work ok?
Could you have used up your data allowance and need to buy a data add-on or use Flexi Data to get more data for the rest of the membership month?
If it never worked then did you configure your APN settings?
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions.
